| 研究内容 |
1、构建结构自组装技术，调控蛋白微结构、 提升蛋白功能特性； 2、以生物大分子的结构自组装为基础， 实现疏水性功能活性分子的溶剂化和递送；
3、蛋白质界面性质的调控，用于乳液凝胶递送体系构建及应用；
4、多糖大分子结构的物理辅助酶法修饰。
